Where a part in two days changes the outcome.
We work with engineering, maintenance and operations teams across Ireland's pharmaceutical, aerospace and automotive sectors.
01 — Sector
Pharmaceutical & Medical Device
On a validated line, an unplanned stop is measured in thousands per hour. We turn around the small parts that keep equipment running.
Discuss a pharma projectChange parts & format tooling
Star wheels, guide rails, feed screws and change parts for packaging and filling lines.
Line-side fixtures
Assembly aids, trays, holders and positioning jigs built to your operators' workflow.
Machine guarding & covers
Replacement guards, panels and protective covers in chemically resistant polymers.
Obsolete spares
Reverse engineer discontinued components for legacy equipment still in service.

02 — Sector
Aerospace
Weight matters, lead times are long and tooling is expensive. Additive solves the ground-side problems fast.
Discuss an aerospace projectComposite layup tooling
Mandrels, layup mandrel supports and trim templates in high-temperature polymers.
Ground support equipment
Protective caps, covers, handling fixtures and maintenance aids.
Cable routing & harness aids
Harness boards, clips, conduit and routing guides tailored to the assembly.
Design validation models
Full-scale form and fit models before committing to metal.

03 — Sector
Automotive & Motorsport
From concept housings to the bracket that is no longer manufactured anywhere in Europe. We print both.
Discuss an automotive projectPrototype housings & brackets
Iterate enclosure and mounting designs in days across multiple revisions.
Ducting & air management
Complex internal geometry made possible by soluble support on the H2D.
Interior trim concepts
Textured, finishable parts for design review and customer presentation.
Obsolete & restoration parts
Reverse engineered from the original — often in a tougher polymer than the part that failed.

Working with us
The questions procurement asks first
Clear answers, so you can get us approved and get on with the job.
- Where does additive win on a regulated line?
- Fixtures, change parts, guarding, handling aids and tooling — the parts that keep equipment running and are needed in ones and twos. That is where a two-day turnaround beats a six-week lead time, and where we do our best work.
- Can you work to our drawings and inspection requirements?
- Yes. Send your drawing, tolerance callouts and documentation format and we will work to them, checking critical features before the part leaves us.
- Do you offer material traceability?
- We can supply the manufacturer datasheet and batch information for the filament used on your job. Ask at quote stage so we can reserve and record the spool.
- Will you sign an NDA?
- Yes, before you send anything. Your files are used for your job only, never shared, and never shown as an example without your written permission.
Working in a sector we have not listed?
Agriculture, marine, electronics, food processing, construction — if it needs a polymer part, we would like to hear about it.
