Who we are
Built on an engineering bench, not a marketing plan.
Trident 3D is an Irish-owned additive manufacturing business based in Co. Wexford. We started because we kept hitting the same wall in our own engineering work: a part was needed, the lead time was weeks, and the minimum order quantity made no sense for the handful of pieces actually required.
So we do the thing we wanted someone else to do for us. You send a file — or a sketch, or the broken original — and you get a considered answer back the same working day. If additive is the wrong process for your part, we will tell you that too, and point you somewhere better.
We are deliberately small. That means you talk directly to the person who will print your part, and your job is not sitting fifteenth in a queue behind a multinational's production run.

Say what we can do
We publish our tolerances and our machine list. If your part is outside them, you will hear that before you pay, not after.
Review before we print
Every file gets looked at by an engineer. Most parts get one suggestion that makes them cheaper, stronger, or both.
Keep your work yours
NDA on request before you send anything. Your files are never shared and never shown as an example without written permission.
One price, held
The quote you accept is the invoice you get. If something changes, we stop and ask you first.
